Gross National Product (GNP) is a measure of the economic well-being of a country. However, there are several other synonyms that are used to refer to this concept. Some of the commonly used synonyms for GNP include Gross Domestic Product (GDP), National Income (NI), National Output, or National Product. While GDP is often thought of as interchangeable with GNP, the two terms are distinct.
